FLO Inner Hospital EX is a Forward Line Operation in America's Army: Proving Grounds, focused on extraction of a target.

Inner Hospital forces both teams to control Hospital’s corridors, corners, and limited sightlines. Assault starts with the Guidon Flag and attempts to extract at the back of the large lobby, while defense does what they can to stop them. Coordination is key for both teams – Assault’s best option is to divide and conquer, providing their flag runner an opening to cross the open lobby. There are three routes into the lobby, all of which will be difficult for Assault to break through; the upper balcony in particular provides Defense the best covered vantage to overwatch the Extract point.
